It's a vast green space where families can enjoy outdoor activities and sport events together. We had so much fun playing games and having picnics on the various grass meadows. The atmosphere was energetic and lively, perfect for bonding with our kids and creating lasting memories. It was like our own private party in nature!

My wife says that it would be great if there were more children's activities available.

Nice and friendly staff. Quietness away from city noise. Easy parking and relaxing facilities, yet close enough to visit everything that needed to be seen.

We had a car, so 10 minutes drive to Grote Kerk. The pool was great.

Ending my weekend at this place was awesome. The staff here are top-notch, and the location couldn't be better - right by the river with a big park nearby. 🌳

We found the ara a very good hotel. It offers many services at a reasonable price, though we didn't try the restaurant. Room's tidy and spacious, with both bath tub and shower. International channels on tv. Nice location next to the River.

Good hotel in a very pleasant location by the river. Food in the restaurant was good, but I would have liked a bit wider selection of hot food for breakfast. Standard fare was chicken sausages, tomato with cheese, mushrooms, baked beans and a hard-boiled egg. Reception staff were very helpful.

You can expect a spotless room with a spacious bathroom featuring a bathtub and effective air conditioning, ensuring a restful night's sleep alongside a delicious variety of dishes on the menu.

We liked a number of things about the ara. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was large and comfortable with a lovely view of the river and the barges. When we decided to stay for a third night, they kindly arranged for us to keep the same room and gave us the same rate which was very reasonable. We rented very good quality bikes from the hotel and the location was perfect for cycling in the countryside.

This hotel is very professionally run. It has lovely views across the River Maas, easy access to cycle and walking routes yet is only minutes away from Rotterdam and Dortrecht. The pool and sauna are also very good.

It is a pity it is such an architectural eyesore from the outside.

The breakfast at this hotel was absolutely amazing! They had a full range of everything you could possibly want to start your day off right. The coffee, even from the machine, was surprisingly drinkable. The restaurant and bar were very well organized and made for a great evening experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was quiet and offered a beautiful river outlook with plenty of opportunities for riverside walks. The ample free parking was a plus. The room was spacious and offered a relaxing view of the ships passing by. The food at breakfast was plentiful and there was a great variety to choose from. The restaurant served high-quality meals at reasonable prices. the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay.

First I did not get the room I reserved but the problem was professionally resolved by Mr F. Wonda and I will for sure stay again at this hotel, Great breakfast but a bit expensive...make sure to ask for rooms on the 2nd floor river vieuw!!! This hotel is worth a stay.
